Ms. Pang Melissa Kaye, MH
 

Ms. Pang holds the degrees of Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, as well as the degree of Master of Laws from the Peking University. She was admitted as a Solicitor of New South Wales, Australia in 1989 and in the U.K. and Hong Kong in 1991. Her legal practice is mainly in the field of commercial law, property law as well as civil litigation. She also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in the Laws of the People's Republic of China from the University of Hong Kong and was also a contributor to a book on PRC Land Law entitled ( 中 國 房 地 產 投 資 開 發 經 營 實 用 全 書 ) which was published by the Renmin University of China, Beijing, China in August 1993.

In the Law Society of Hong Kong, she is a Council Member, the Chairman of Community Relations Committee as well as a member of the Standing Committee of External Affairs. She is a regular speaker for Continuous Professional Development for solicitors as well as accountants.

Ms. Pang was appointed by the Ministry of Justice, PRC as a China Appointed Attesting Officer on 23 January 2003 and she was appointed as a notary public of Hong Kong on 19 January 2007.

Since 1 January 2004, Ms. Pang has been appointed by the Government of HKSAR as Councillor of Eastern District Council.

On 1 July 2006, Ms. Pang was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Government of HKSAR for her outstanding voluntary service, particularly for her contribution to the work of Building Management Resources Centre.

Mr. Chan Chi Fai Anthony
 

Mr. Chan has over ten years of litigation experience in law firms prior to his legal studies. He passed his Legal Executive Studies in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1991 with distinction. He then completed the Course of Common Professional Examination in 1997. Subsequently, he pursued his PCLL studies in 1998 and was admitted to practise law in Hong Kong in 2000. Mr. Chan's main areas of practice are civil and criminal litigation.
