Ms. Patricia Wijaya
 
Ms. Wijaya obtained her L.L.B. and P.C.L.L. from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a Solicitor both in the High Court of Hong Kong and the Supreme Court of the England & Wales. Ms. Wijaya is an Indonesian Chinese and fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, English and Indonesian.
 
Ms. Wijaya is also a current member of the Beijing Youth Federation, which is the official youth association of the capital of the PRC, and serving, on voluntary basis, in the Community Relations Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
 
Ms. Wijaya has experience in handling PRC-related cross-border transactions, focusing on a wide range of commercial matters with particular emphasis on the structuring of foreign-invested enterprises, mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes advising multinational clients on PRC investment, acting for clients in the acquisition of shares and assets in PRC companies; acting for investors on the acquisition of Chinese business; representing Hong Kong and overseas companies in setting up foreign-invested enterprises in various cities in China; advising foreign investment enterprises on various operational matters; and advising clients on corporate and commercial matters in relation to China investment.

Mr. Lam Chung Shun Johnson
 

Johnson Lam was graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2003 (LLB, PCLL).

Johnson started his legal career with Pang & Associates as a Trainee Solicitor. Johnson was trained in relation to a wide array of legal fields such as general commercial, family, bankruptcy, probate, building management, and litigation. Johnson was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in September 2005, moved by his Principal Ms. Melissa Pang.

In 2006, Johnson moved to Twiggy M H Liu Law Office and subsequent So Keung Yip & Sin and started specializing in  intellectual property laws. His areas of practice include  registration of trade marks, domain names, designs and patent; trade mark opposition, revocation, restoration and rectification proceedings; handling domain name disputes; enforcement actions relating to anti-counterfeiting and custom actions; assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights etc.

Johnson has also completed a Master of Laws (China Laws) organized by the City University of Hong Kong and the Remin University of China and successfully completed his thesis in Beijing in 2009.

In 2011, Johnson rejoined Pang & Associates as a consultant.
